Resolution Authorizing Refund Of Unused Escrow For Colon Hydrotherapy—Kent Road

At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on March 28,
2022.
The meeting was called to order by Richard Thurston, Town Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilwoman Bettina and seconded by
Casella.
WHEREAS, on or about May 18, 2021, Marie E. Laroque (hereinafter the "Applicant")
filed an application for a site plan approval under Application Number 21-4091; and
WHEREAS,the Applicant deposited $1,500 in escrow for payment of the fees of the
Town's professionals to review the application; and
WHEREAS,the Applicant withdrew its application and the unused escrow balance may
be refunded; and
WHEREAS,the Planning Department and the Town Comptroller has audited the escrow
account and reviewed the amount due to be refunded; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED,that the Town Board hereby authorizes a refund to Marie E.
Laroque in the amount of$720.95 from escrow account number 21-4091, representing the
unused escrow balance for the above project.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
