Resolution Authorizing Purchase Of Additional Storage For Servers
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on April 25,
2022.
The meeting was called to order by Richard Thurston, Town Supervisor, and upon roll

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilwoman Bettina and seconded by
Casella.
WHEREAS, the IT consultant for the Town recommends the purchase of additional storage for the
Towns Servers; and
WHEREAS, a quote was obtained from Dell through OGS for the equipment;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that:
1. The Town Board hereby authorizes the purchase of additional storage for the servers from
Dell Technologies in the amount of$730.50 and authorizes payment upon duly approved
vouchers.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
