2022-113 2022-113 Resolution Employing Special Labor Counsel Services At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on June 27, 2022. BE IT RESOLVED, that Jeffrey S. Sculley of Catania Mahon & Rider, PLLC, with offices at Newburgh, NY be, and hereby is employed and retained as Special Labor Counsel for such legal advice and services as may be required in connection with an employee discipline matters and general labor & employment matters; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said Jeffrey S. Sculley of Catania Mahon & Rider, PLLC, shall be paid in accordance with the engagement letter submitted to the Town Board dated June 23, 2022 and authorize the supervisor to execute the engagement letter on behalf of the town.
