At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on
November 14, 2022.

WHEREAS, The Supervisor Of Buildings And Grounds Has Requested Funds To
Replace A Worn-Out Truck For His Department; And
WHEREAS, The Town Board Authorized The Purchase Of A Truck At Its November 5,
2022 Meeting With The Condition That Surplus Funds From Personnel Lines Be Transferred For
The Purchase Of The Truck;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That The Town Board Hereby Authorizes
The Following Budget Line Transfer:
