Resolution Authorizing Comptroller Proposed Budget Transfers
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on December
12, 2022.
The meeting was called to order by Richard Thurston, Town Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by
Councilman Phillips.
WHEREAS,the Comptroller has requested that funds be transferred from various budget
lines as noted below; and
WHEREAS,the Town Board has agreed that it is in the best interest of the Town to
make the requested transfers.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that the Town Board hereby authorizes the
following budget line transfers:
