Resolution Appointing Chairperson Of The Town Of Wappinger Planning Board
At a Reorganization Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on
January 8, 2024.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph D. Cavaccini, Town Supervisor, and upon roll

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by
Councilman Phillips.
WHEREAS, the Town Board also desires to reappoint Bruce Flower as Chairperson of
the Town of Wappinger Planning Board for calendar year 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
I. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein. The Town Board hereby appoints Bruce Flower as Chairperson of the
Town of Wappinger Planning Board for calendar year 2024.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
