Resolution Acknowledging Appointment Of Confidential Personal Secretary To The Town
Supervisor
At a Reorganization Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road,
Wappingers Falls, New York, on January 8, 2024.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph D.
Cavaccini, Town Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Phillips and seconded by Councilman
Beale.
WHEREAS, the Town Supervisor is authorized to appoint a Confidential Personal Secretary;
and
WHEREAS, Supervisor Joseph D. Cavaccini has elected to appoint Kaitlyn Aboshanab as his
Confidential Personal Secretary; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board acknowledges the appointment by Supervisor Joseph
D. Cavaccini of Kaitlyn Aboshanab as the Confidential Personal Secretary to the Supervisor; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby confirms the salary of the
Confidential Personal Secretary to the Supervisor as set forth in the 2024 adopted budget which salary is
to be paid in 26 biweekly installments retroactive to and commencing on January 1, 2024.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows
