Resolution Appointing Member To The Town Of Wappinger Zoning Board Of Appeals
At a Reorganization Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on
January 8, 2024.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph D. Cavaccini, Town Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Phillips and seconded by
Councilman Beale.
WHEREAS, Shailese Shah term as a Member of the Zoning Board of Appeals expired
December 31, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board is desirous of appointing Donald Denardo to the Zoning Board of
Appeals for a five (5) year term with the term expiring December 31, 2028; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and
adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby appoints Donald Denardo as a Member to the Zoning Board of
Appeals for a five (5) year term with the term expiring on December 31, 2028.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows
