Resolution Establishing Pay Scale For 2024 Gymnastics Clinic Staff
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held
at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January 22, 2024.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph D. Cavaccini, Town Supervisor, and upon roll being called,
the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by Casella.
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger Recreation Department employs seasonal employees necessary
to provide the various recreation programs which are funded by the Town;
WHEREAS, a request has been received by the head coach of the Gymnastics program for
reasonable payrate increases for the program staff after the 2024 pay rates were originally set.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and
adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby updates the wages for the following Recreation employees
employed or to be employed by the Town of Wappinger Recreation Department for calendar year 2024 to be
paid weekly commencing with the first Friday following the start of employment as hereinafter set forth:

3.The Recreation Director is authorized to employ seasonal/part-time employees in accordance with
the aforementioned salary scale in accordance with the practices and policies of the Town of Wappinger.
