The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by Casella.
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the Town Supervisor and the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger to
support open space and initiatives that improve the quality of life for Town residents, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger does hereby
authorize the Town Supervisor to sign a Letter of Endorsement for the Dutchess Land
Conservancy/Emerald Creek Farm Application to the Farmland Protection Implementation Grants
Program - Round 19
