At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January
22, 2024.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph D. Cavaccini, Town Supervisor, and upon roll

The following Resolution was introduced by Casella and seconded by Councilwoman
Bettina.
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger Town Board has scheduled a Regular Toen Board
Meeting on February 26, 2024, as part of the regular Town Board meeting schedule; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board, has expressed interest at the January 8, 2024 meeting in
re -scheduling it to February 29, 2024 to start at 7:00 PM.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby re -schedules a
Regular Town Board meeting for Thursday, February 29, 2024, to start at 7:00 PM.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Board directs the Town Clerk to post
the adopted re -scheduling on the Town Hall Outside Bulliten Board.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
