Authorizing Replacement of Garage Door at Robinson Lane Baseball Complex
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January
22, 2024.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph D. Cavaccini, Town Supervisor, and upon roll

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by Casella.
WHEREAS, Town of Wappinger Little League, Inc. has received estimates from Chelsea Door Co. to
replace two garage doors at the Robinson Lane Baseball Complex, and
WHEREAS, Town of Wappinger Little League, Inc. has committed to purchase (1) one garage door at the
price of $1,900.00
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Town Board will match the funds of $1,900.00 to replace (1)
garage door at Robinson Lane.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, Town Supervisor Joseph D. Cavaccini is hereby authorized
to replace the fund the second door in accordance with the estimate provided to the Town Board in
support of this resolution from Budget Line B 7110.401.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
