2024-522024-52 Resolution Replacing Greenway Signage at Route 376 At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January 22, 2024. The meeting was called to order by Joseph D. WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger utilizes signage throughout the Town of Wappinger at several entrances to the Town, and WHEREAS, the Greenway signage at the Town of Wappinger and Town of East Fishkill Town line has been damaged for two years, and WHEREAS, the original and subsequent replacement signage has been provided by Sign Language and the following estimates for replacement have been gained: Description: "Fabrication and installation of (1) single sided .080 aluminum sign overlay. Sign to be the same layout as existing sign located on Route 376. Price includes installation." Cost: $1,400.00 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows: The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this resolution as if fully set forth and adopted herein. Town Supervisor Joseph D. Cavaccini is hereby authorized to replace the aforementioned signage in accordance with the estimate provided to the Town Board in support of this resolution from Budget Line A61620.480. The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows: RESULT: ADOPTED [UNANIMOUS] MOVER: William H.
