Resolution Appointing Members To Town Of Wappinger Arts And Culture Committee
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held
at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls,
New York, on January 22, 2024.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph D.
Cavaccini, Town Supervisor, and upon roll being called,
the following was recorded:

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by Casella.
WHEREAS, Torrance Miller's term as a Member of the Arts and Culture Committee expired December 31, 2023; and
WHEREAS, Hayden Wayne's term as a Member of the Arts and Culture Committee expired December 31, 2023; and
WHEREAS, Allyson Grey's term as a Member of the Arts and Culture Committee expired December 31, 2023; and
WHEREAS, Alexa Spadafora's term as a Member of the Arts and Culture Committee expired December 31, 2023; and
WHEREAS, Bonnie King's term as a Member of the Arts and Culture Committee expired December 31, 2023; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board is desirous of reappointing Torrance Miller, Hayden Wayne, Allyson Grey, Bonnie King, and
Alexa Spadafora as Members to the Arts and Culture Committee for a three (3) year term with the term expiring on
December 31, 2027; and
WHEREAS, the Town Board is desirous of appointing Lynne Miele-Versaci, Sharon Adler, and Paula Young-Borra as
Members to the Arts and Culture Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and adopted herein.
2. The Town Board hereby reappoints Torrance Miller, Hayden Wayne, Allyson Grey, Bonnie King, and Alexa Spadafora,
respectively, as Members to the Arts and Culture Committee for a three (3) year term with the term expiring on
December 31, 2027.
3. The Town Board hereby appoints Lynne Miele-Versaci, Sharon Adler, and Paula Young-Borra, respectively as Members
to the Arts and Culture Committee for a three (3) year term with the term expiring on December 31, 2027.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
