Resolution Accepting Donation To Recreation Department Fishing Camp Program
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January
22, 2024.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph D. Cavaccini, Town Supervisor, and upon roll

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by Casella.
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger hosts a variety of youth and recreational programs throughout the
year including the Fishing Camp Program, and
WHEREAS, Lafayette Lodge, No. 18, of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows have graciously donated
two checks totaling $1,115.55 dated December 21, 2023 to enhance the Town's Fishing Camp Program,
and
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger did not previously accept this donation by Lafayette Lodge, No. 18,
of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger does hereby accept
this donation of $1,115.55 to enhance the Town's Fishing Camp Program.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
