Resolution Appointing Legal Services To The Town Of Wappinger Town Board, Various
Departments, And Agencies For Calendar Year 2024
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January
22, 2024.

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Phillips and seconded by
Councilman Beale.
BE IT RESOLVED, that Hogan, Rossi, & Ligouri, LLP, is hereby appointed and retained for the purposes of
furnishing to the Town Board, and the Town's officers, departments and agencies, such legal advice and
services as may be required by the Town Board and the Town's various departments and agencies during
calendar year 2024; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Hogan, Rossi, & Ligouri, LLP, shall be paid in accordance with the
engagement letter submitted to the Town Supervisor dated December 9, 2023.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows
