The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Beale and seconded by Casella.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger hereby authorizes the termination of
Employee #9625 within probation period.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger hereby authorizes the calculation and
payment of any benefits due to this employee in accordance with the Town of Wappinger Personnel
Policy/Manual.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
