Resolution Confirming Hiring Of Personnel Assistant
At a Regular Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on January
22, 2024.

The following Resolution was introduced by Councilman Phillips and seconded by
Casella.
WHEREAS, the Town Board has identified the need for an employee to perform Human Resources
clerical duties such as payroll, filling paperwork with Dutchess County Human Resources, handing
healthcare and retirement information, and other related tasks as assigned, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby confirms the hiring of Nicole A.
Wilkinson to the position of Personnel Assistant, and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Nicole A. Wilkinson shall be paid a salary of $80,000,
with four (4) weeks vacation time which shall be paid out of budget line A.1315 Budget.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
