The following Resolution was introduced by Councilwoman Bettina and seconded by
Casella.
WHEREAS, on March 11, 2021 the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) was signed into law and established
funding which is intended to provide support to State, territorial, local and tribal governments in
response to the economic and public health impacts of COVID, and
WHEREAS, the Town of Wappinger intends to have one connected software program for all financial
matters for general accounting services, payroll, purchasing, escrows, water and sewer billing, building
department, etc.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger hereby authorizes a
portion of the American Rescue Plan Act funds to be used as follows:

The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows
