Resolution To Authorize Supervisor To Execute Memorandum Of Understanding with the
Metropolitan Transportation Authority

The following Resolution was introduced by Supervisor Cavaccini and seconded by
Casella.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger does hereby
authorize the Town Supervisor to execute Memorandum Of Understanding with the Metropolitan
Transportation Authority subject to entering into a separate licensing agreement to run sleeves under
the Railroad right of way for a potential water line expansion.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
