LOCAL LAW NO.2, YEAR 1975
A LOCAL LAW ESTABLISHING RATES FOR THE MID -POINT SEWER DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger:
Section 1. The following rates shall be charged for the Mid -
Point Park gewer District.
For each residential unit connected to the system:
$37.00 Per Quarter
Section 2. This local law shall take effect upon adoption
and as provided by the Municipal Home Rule Law.
