A Local Law Establishing Rates for the Tall Trees Water Improvement.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE TOWN BOARD of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, as follows:
Section 1. The following rates shall be charged for water
service in the Tall Trees Water Improvement:
Residential.
For each residential unit connected to the system:
$37.00 per quarter.
Section 2. This local law shall take effect upon adoption
as provided by the Municipal Home Rule Law.
