A Local Law Establishing Rates for the Wappinger Sewer Improvement #1.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, as follows:
Section 1. The following rates shall be charged for sewer
service for those connected to the Wappinger Sewer Improvement #1
facilities:
A. Residential.
(1) For each residential unit connected to the
system: $20.00 per quarter.
B. Commercial, Industrial, Institutional.
(1) For each benefit unit assigned to said
premises: $20.00 per quarter.
Section 2. This local law shall take effect upon adoption and as
provided in the Municipal Home Rule Law.
