A Local Law Establishing Rates For The Rockingham Sewer District.
Be It ORDAINED by the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, as follows:
Section 1. The following rate shall be charged for the
Rockinghan Sewer District.
Residential.
For each residential unit connected to the system:
$22.00 per quarter.
Section,2. This local law shall take effect upon adoption
and as provided by the Municipal Home Rule Law.
