A Local Law Establishing Rates for the Fleetwood Water District
And the Fleetwood Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger:
Section 1. The following rates shall be charged for the
the Fleetwood Water District.
$.70 per 1000 gallons
Section 2. The following rates shall be charged for the
Fleetwood Sewer District:
$1.10 per 1000 gallons.
Section 3. This local law shall take effect upon adoption
and as provided by the Municipal Home Rule Law.
