LOCAL LAW NO.8, YEAR 1975
A Local Law Establishing Rates for The Fleetwood Water District
and the Fleetwood Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger,
Dutchess County, New York, as follows:
Section 1. The following rates shall be charged for the
Fleetwood Water District.
$.70 per 1000 gallons.
Section 2. The following rates shall be charged for the
Fleetwood Sewer District.
$1.10 per 1000 gallons.
Section 3. This local law shall take effect upon adoption
and as provided by the Municipal Home Rule Law.
