LOCAL LAW NO. 9, YEAR 1975
A Local Law Establishing Rates for the Oakwood Knolls Water District.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger,
Dutchess County, New York, as follows:
Section 1. The following rates shall be charged for water
received in the Oakwood Knolls Water District:
Residential.
For each residential unit connected tothe system:
$30.00 per quarter.
Section 2. This local law shall take effect upon adoption
and as provided in the Municipal Home Rule Law.
