LOCAL LAW NO. 4, YEAR 1976
A Local Law Establishing Rates for the Fleetwood Sewer District.
Be it Enacted by the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger,
Dutchess County, New York, as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Local Law #8 of 1975 is hereby
repealed.
Section 2. The following rates shall be charged for the
Fleetwood Sewer District, effective January 1, 1977:
$1.99 per 1,000 gallons.
Section 3. This Local Law shall take effect upon adoption
and as provided'in the Municipal Home Rule Law.
