LOCAL LAW NO. 5, YEAR 1976
A Local Law Establishing Rates for Wappinger Sewer Improvement #1.
Be It Enacted By the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger,
Dutchess County, New York, as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Local Law #4 of 1975 is hereby
repealed.
Section 2. The following rates shall be charged for Sewer
Service for those connected to the Wappinger Sewer Improvement #1
facilities, effective January 1, 1977.
A. Residential
(1) For each residential unit connected to the System:
$148.00 Annually, Payable Quarterly.
B. Commercial, Industrial, Institutional
(1) For each benefit unit assigned to said premises:
$148.00 Annually, payable quarterly.
Section 3. This Local Law shall take effect upon adoption and
as provide in the Municipal Home Rule Law.
