A Local'Law with respect of the Office of Comptroller in the
Town of Wappinger.
BE IT ENACTED by the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, as follows:
Section 1. The office of Comptroller in the Town of Wappinger
may be filled by a person who is not a resident of the Town of
Wappinger.
Section 2. This local law shall take effect immediately
upon adoption and as provided in the Municipal Home Rule Law.
