LOCAL LAW NO. 6, YEAR 1977
A LOCAL LAW TO LIMIT PARKING AND STANDING OF VEHICLES ON
CERTAIN STREETS IN THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER

BE IT ENACTED by the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger,
as follows:
SECTION I: No vehicle shall park or stand and no person
shall cause a vehicle to park or stand on the following
street of the Town:
Beginning at the intersection of Old Route 9
and Old Hopewell Road (R.R.28) and proceeding
northerly along the easterly side of Old Route
9 for a distance of 160+ feet.
SECTION II: Anyone who shall violate any provision of this
local law shall upon conviction, be subject to a fine not
to exceed Twenty -Five ($25.00) Dollars, as determined by
the Court.
SECTION III: This local law shall take effect immediately
following filing with the Secretary of State.
