LOCAL LAW NO. 9, YEAR 1977
A LOCAL LAW TO LIMITING PARKING AND STANDING OF VEHICLES OF CERTAIN
STREETS IN THE TOWN OF WAPPINGER.
BE IT ENACTED by the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger as follows:
SECTION I. No vehicle shall park or stand and no person shall cause
a vehicle to park or stand on the following street of the Town:
Beginning at the intersection of Osborne Hill Road (C.R.35) and
Ketchamtown Road and proceeding westerly along Ketchamtown Road
for a distance of 500+ feet.
SECTION II. Anyone who shall violate any provision of this local law
shall upon conviction, be subject to a fine not to exceed Twenty -Five
($25.00) Dollars, as determined by the Court.
SECTION III. This local law shall take effect immediately following
filing with the Secretary of State.
