LOCAL LAW NO. 6,YEAR 1978
A LOCAL LAW AMENDING LOCAL LAW #4 of 1976 ESTABLISHING RATES FOR
THE FLEETWOOD SEWER DISTRICT.
BE IT ENACTED by the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger,
Dutchess County, New York, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Local Law #4 of 1976 is hereby
amended.
SECTION 2. The following rates shall be charged for the
Fleetwood Sewer District:
A minimum of $34.20 per quarter of $1.99 per 1,000 gallons of
water, whichever is greater.
SECTION 3. This Local Law shall take effect upon adoption
and as provided by Municipal Home Rule Law.
