LOCAL LAW NO.3, YEAR 1979
A LOCAL LAW LIMITING PARKING OF VEHICLES ON CERTAIN STREET IN THE
TOWN OF WAPPINGER.
BE IT ENACTED by the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger
as follows:
SECTION 1: No vehicle shall park and no person shall cause a
vehicle to park on the following street of the Town:
Beginning at the intersection or Foute 9D and
Marlorville Road and proceeding westerly along
both sides of said Marlorville Road for a
distance of 200 feet+.
SECTION II. Anyone who shall violate any provision of this
local law shall upon conviction, be subject to a fine not to exceed
Twenty -Five ($25.00) Dollars, as determined by the Court.
SECTION III: This Local Law shall take effect immediately
following filing with the Secretary of State.
