TOWN OF WAPPINGER

BE IT ENACTED by the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York as follows:
SECTION 1. In addition to any fee described by state statue pursuant
to Section 110, Subdivision 2 of the Agriculture and Markets Law,
there shall be an additional fee collected by the Town Clerk as follows
for any purebred license issued by the Town Clerk:
No more than 10 dogs $10.00
No more than 25 dogs $15.00
More than 25 dogs $20.00
SECTION 2. This local law shall take effect on October 1, 1979 or upon
.filing in the office of the Secretary of State if such filing is made
subsequent to October 1, 1979.
