LOCAL LAW NO. 131 YEAR 1980
A Local Law Amending Local Law #5, 1975 Increasing Commercial Rates
of Central Wappinger Water Improvement Area.
BE IT ENACTED by the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger As Follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1, Paragraph B of Loca Law #5 of 1975 is
hereby amended.
SECTION 2. The following commercial water rates are hereby
established for the Central Wappinger Water Improvement Area:
50/100 cubic feet 0-750,000 gallons
4501O0 cubic feet 750,000 - 1,500,000 gallons
40/100 cubic feet 1,500,000 & up gallons
SECTION 3. This Local Law shall take effect upon adoption and as
provided by the Muncipal Home Rule Law.
