A LOCAL LAW AMENDING LOCAL LAW NO. 3 OF 1980
BE IT ENACTED by the To wn Board of the Town of Wappinger
as follows:
Section 1:
Section 8, paragraph B providing for redemption fees
is amended by substituting the daily cost of $6.00 for the
$4.00 per cost charge statee therein.
Section 2. This local law shall take effect immediately
upon filing with the Secretary ct State.
