LOCAL LAW NO. 5 OF 1985
A Local Law amending Local Law #3 of 1983 which provides for the
Administration and Enforcement of the New York Fire Prevention Code.
BE IT ENACTED, by the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger,
Dutchess County, New York as follows:
That Article 8 be amended by adding thereto paragraph "C" to
read as follows:
C. The Building Inspector and the Fire Inspector shall have
the authority to issue an appearance ticket pursuant to Criminal
Procedure Law Section 150.20 in the enforcement of Local Law #3 of the
year 1983.
