Town
SECTION 1. Extension of Moratorium Period
Local Law No. 11 of 1987, be and hereby is amended to provide
for a Moratorium on all forestry activities in the Town of Wappinger
up through and including November 30, 1987.
SECTION II. No Other Chances
All other aspects of the previously adopted Local Law with
respect to the Moratorium shall remain in full force and effect and
no chances are made herein.
SECTION III. Effective Date
This Local Law shall become effective upon the filing with
the Secretary of State.
