SECTION 1. Section 1 of Local Law No. 2 of the year 1985
is to be amended as set forth herein below:
The owner shall be obligated to pay the minimum charge of
thirty dollars($30.00) each quarter, regardless of consumption
of water for said quarter, provided said owner is connected to the
system at any time during the quarter. Consumption is billable at
the rate of $1.00 per 1,000 gallons.
SECTION 2 All other provisions of Local law No. 2 of the
ratified with the exception of Section 1, which
