SECTION 1
Local Law Number 3 of 1989 of the Town of Wappinger — Regulating Parking on Regency
Drive in the Town of Wappinger" is hereby amended by the adoption of the following
additions, revisions and amendments as follows:
Section 2."Parking Restricted" is amended to read as follows:
"Parking or standing of automobiles, cars, trucks, motorcycles and other motor
vehicles shall be prohibited along the most southerly, most easterly and most
northerly outer perimeters of Regency Drive in the Town of Wappinger at the
following times: on Saturdays only between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.
from April 1st to June 30th, and from September 1st to November. 30th in each year
Section 4 "Violation" is amended to read as follows:
"The owner of any vehicle which is found to be parked -or standing in a "No
Parking zone as enumerated above, shall be guilty of a violation and shall be
subject to a fine not to exceed $50.00.
SECTION 2
Except as specifically modified and amended by the adoption of the additions, revisiol
modifications and amendments above set forth, Local Law Number .3 of 1989 "Regulating
Parking on Regency Drive in the Town of Wappinger"'is hereby ratified, confirmed and
re -adopted.
SECTION 3
This Local Law shall take effect immediately upon adoption and filing as provided by
the Municipal Hanle Rule Law.
