LL #03-1992LOCAL LAW NO. 3 OF THE YEAR 1992
A Local Law amending Local Law #7 of 1980 and #4 of 1988 with respect
to the imposition and charge for water rates for the consumption and use
of water for the Oakwood Water District.
ftw Be it enacted by the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 1: Section 21 Subdivision B of Local
Law #4 of 1988 is hereby amended to read as follows:
The owner shall be obligated to pay the minimum charge.of $85.0 0
per quarter, regardless of the consumption of water for said quarter,
provided said owner is connected to the system at any time during the
quarter.
SECTION 2. This local law shall take effect upon adoption and as
provided by the Municipal home Rule Law.
