A Local Law amending Local Law #1 of 1981, #6 of 1984, & #6 of 1988
with respect to the establishment of Sewer Rates for the Fleetwood Sewer
District.
Be it enacted by the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 2 of Local Law #6 of the year 1988 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
SECTION 2: The following sewer rates are hereby established for
the Fleetwood Sewer District:
A. Residential
1. Each residential unit be obligated to pay $100 for the
minimum 17,186 gallons, regardless of consumption of
xfxgxxxxmV:ftBnxxf water for said quarter, and $3.00
per 1000 gallons over the minimum, additional.
SECTION 3.
This
