A LOCAL LAW AMENDING LOCAL LAW #,6
OF THE YEAR 1991 AND LOCAL LAW #7
OF THE YEAR 1992 REGULATING TRAFFIC
AND PARKING WITHIN THE TOWN"OF WAPPINGER
Section 1. Additional Full Stop Streets.
Section 3 of Local Law #6 of the Year 1991, a "Local Law
Regulating Traffic and Parking Within the Town of Wappinger" as
amended by Local Law 7 of 1992, is further amended by the adoption
of the following additions, revisions and amendments to said
Section by adding the following as designated full stop streets and
intersections:
South Court at its intersection with Hackensack Heights;
Harbor Hill Road at its intersection with Hackensack Heights;
and
Woodland Court at its intersection with Ketchamtown Road.
Section 2. Ratification.
Except as specifically modified and amended by the --adoption of
the additions, revisions, modifications and amendments set forth
above, Local Law #6 of the Year 1991, "A Local Law Regulating
Traffic and Parking Within the Town of Wappinger," as amended by
Local Law 7 of the Year 1992 is hereby ratified, confirmed and
readopted.
Section 3. Severability.
In the event any portion of this Local Law is declared to be
unenforceable by a Court of competent jurisdiction, all of the
remaining portions shall continue in full force and effect.
Section 4. Effective Date.
This Local Law shall take effect immediately upon adoption and
filing with the Secretary of State as provided by the Municipal
Home Rule Law.
