RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REFUND OF UNUSED ESCROW FUNDS
FROM 27 NEW HACKENSACK HEIGHTS ROAD
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Pao ion and seconded by
Mr. Valdati
WHEREAS, there remains an escrow balance for New Hackensack Heights Road,
Building Permit No. P00-255, in the amount of One Thousand and Five Hundred Dollars
($1,500.00); and
WHEREAS, the Applicant Ty Youngs has requested the return of the escrow balance in
a letter dated July 3, 2002 addressed to the Town of Wappinger Town Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein.
2. That payment is approved in the amount of One Thousand and Five Hundred
Dollars ($1,500.00) made payable to Ty Youngs for the refund of the unused
escrow funds deposited for the seeding for the premises located at New
Hackensack Heights Road, Building Permit No. P00-255.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
