RESOLUTION NO. 2003-040
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REFUND OF UNUSED ESCROW FUNDS
FROM 1352 ROUTE 376
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on the 13a'
day of January, 2003, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero
Councilmen - Robert L. Valdati
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Christopher J. Colsey
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Paoloni and seconded by
Mr. Bettina
WHEREAS, on or about December 12, 1997, Gregory King deposited Three Thousand
Dollars ($3,000.00) with the Town of Wappinger in escrow to secure costs associated with the
landscaping and driveway project at 1352 Route 376, Wappingers Falls, New York pursuant to
Permit No. 97-459; and
WHEREAS, the seeding and driveway requirements have now been satisfactorily
completed and the return of the remaining escrow amount of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000)
has been recommended by Karl Seebruch, Building Inspector to the Town of Wappinger, in his
letter dated December 5, 2002 to Supervisor Joseph Ruggiero and Town Board Members.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. ♦ The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein.
2. Payment is approved in the amount of Three Thousand Dollars ($3000) made
payable to Gregory King, Permit No. 97-459 for the refund of the unused escrow funds deposited
for the landscaping and driveway project.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
