2003-051RESOLUTION NO. 2003-051 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REFUND OF UNUSED ESCROW FUNDS At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on the 10h day of February, 2003, at 7:30 P.M. The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the following were present: PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero Councilmen - Robert L. Valdati Vincent F. Bettina Joseph P. Paoloni Christopher J. Colsey ABSENT: The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Paoloni and seconded I V • WHEREAS, on or about June 1, 1998, Modu-Craft Homes deposited One Hundred One Dollars and 50/100 Dollars ($101.50) with the Town of Wappinger in escrow to secure the Subdivision Approval for grid number 6257-03-124010 at the intersection of Dugan Lane and All Angels Road, Wappingers Falls, New York pursuant to Application No. 8691; and WHEREAS, the required Subdivision Approval has now been satisfactorily completed and the return of the unused escrow amount of One Hundred One Dollars and 50/100 Dollars ($101.50) has been recommended by Tatiana Lukianoff, Zoning Administrator to the Town of Wappinger, in her letter dated January 13, 2003 to Supervisor Joseph Ruggiero and Town Board Members. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows: 1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth and adopted herein. 2. Payment is approved in the amount of One Hundred and One Dollars and 50/100 Dollars ($101.50) made payable to Fred Straub, Application No. 8691, for the refund of the unused escrow funds deposited for the Subdivision Approval of this Application.
