RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REFUND OF UNUSED ESCROW FUNDS
FOR LEE KNOLLS SECTION I SUBDIVISION
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County,
New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on the 24th
day of February, 2003, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being
called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Mr, colsey and seconded by
Mr. Paoloni
WHEREAS, O'Donnell Builders of Dutchess, Inc. has previously posted Two
Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) in connection with work to be done on Lot No. 1
Lee Knolls Section 1 on Erin Sue Drive; and
WHEREAS, Craig O'Donnell, President of O'Donnell Builders of Dutchess, Inc., has
requested the return of the aforementioned escrow balance by letter dated February 4, 2003
addressed to Supervisor Joseph Ruggiero.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:
1. The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set
forth and adopted herein.

2. That payment is approved in the amount of Two Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars
($2,500.00) made payable to O'Donnell Builders of Dutchess, Inc. in connection with Lot No. 1,
Lee Knolls Subdivision Section 1 on Erin Sue Drive.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
