RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REFUND OF UNUSED ESCROW FUNDS
FOR LEE KNOLLS SECTION 1 SUBDIVISION
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, New
York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, on the 18th day of
August, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll being called, the
following were present:
PRESENT: Supervisor - Joseph Ruggiero
Councilmen - Robert L. Valdati
Vincent F. Bettina
Joseph P. Paoloni
Christopher J. Colsey
ABSENT:
The following Resolution was introduced by Mr. Colsey and seconded by
WHEREAS, Mr.Paul Hunt has previously posted Three hundred ninety one dollars and
sixty cents ( $391.60) in connection with work to be done on Lee Knolls account No. 01-5040 on
Ketcham Town Road; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Paul Hunt has requested the return of the aforementioned escrow
balance by letter dated August 7, 2003 addressed to Supervisor Joseph Ruggiero.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows:

1.The recitations above set forth are incorporated in this Resolution as if fully set forth
and adopted herein.
2.That payment is approved in the amount of Three hundred ninety one dollars and sixty
cents ($391.60) made payable to Mr. Paul Hunt 11 Judy Lane, Fishkill NY 12524 in
connection with, Lee Knolls Subdivision account No. 01-5040 on Ketchamtown Road.
The foregoing was put to a vote which resulted as follows:
