RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REFUND OF UNUSED ESCROW FUNDS
FOR 1318 ROUTE 9
At a regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess
County, New York, held at Town Hall, 20 Middlebush Road, Wappingers Falls, New
York, on the 22nd day of September, 2003, at 7:30 P.M.
The meeting was called to order by Joseph Ruggiero, Supervisor, and upon roll
being called, the following were present:

The following Resolution was introduced by Mr.yaldati
by Mr. Bettina
and seconded
WHEREAS, on or about August 6, 2002, Joseph Eulie deposited Three
Thousand, Seven Hundred Dollars ($3,700) with the Town of Wappinger in escrow for a
site plan for the for the property located at 1318 Route 9; and
WHEREAS, Joseph Eulie has requested an escrow refund in the amount of Three
Hundred, Eighty-eight Dollars and 50/100 ($388.50), and has been recommended by
Tatiana Lukianoff , Zoning Administrator to the Town of Wappinger, in her letter dated
September 8, 2003 to the Town Board Members.
